The location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. We loved the lovely courtyard for breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for our needs!
One issue we faced was that the air conditioning unit in our room made a loud clicking noise at night, which disrupted our sleep. It would have been nice if this could have been resolved during our stay.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Venice
Charming little spot with a lovely quaint atmosphere. The staff welcomed us warmly and were incredibly accommodating, allowing an early check-in. Enjoyed a delightful continental breakfast every morning. The location made exploring Venice easy, just a short walk from the water taxi and key sites. Perfect for a couple's getaway!

The lack of clear arrival instructions is frustrating!!! No elevator access is disappointing, especially for guests with mobility issues!!! The air conditioning noise is an absolute nuisance that could easily be fixed!!!

It was just a great fit for a brief stopover in Venice with value for money. I was surprised to find the bed quite comfortable with various pillows to choose from. Remember to check the door code after 6pm to avoid being locked out.

The location was ideal, just steps from the ferry service. The breakfast in the courtyard was a magical start to the day, complemented by the friendly and efficient staff. I was particularly impressed by the impressive decor of the Junior Suite, blending modern elegance with a traditional touch. However, the breakfast area was quite cramped, and some staff seemed lax about hygiene measures, which was concerning during these times.
