Charming little spot with a lovely quaint atmosphere. The staff welcomed us warmly and were incredibly accommodating, allowing an early check-in. The lack of clear arrival instructions is frustrating!!! No elevator access is disappointing, especially for guests with mobility issues!!! The air conditioning noise is an absolute nuisance that could easily be fixed!!!

It was just a great fit for a brief stopover in Venice with value for money. I was surprised to find the bed quite comfortable with various pillows to choose from. Remember to check the door code after 6pm to avoid being locked out.

Loved the grand decor and the comfy bed made my stay quite enjoyable. There’s a lovely garden area to unwind in after a busy day exploring. A cozy lounge to kick back and relax. However, the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a small letdown. ☕

Just a good pick for a city holiday in Venice with excellent value for money. The small private courtyard was perfect for enjoying breakfast each morning. Make sure to explore the nearby Campo Santo Stefano for a true Venice vibe.

The hotel's location was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed walking towards Palazzo Grassi, soaking in the charming canals and vibrant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, giving us excellent tips for family-friendly spots in the area and ensuring our stay was comfortable.
